This is an Hermes Birkin 42 shoulder bag/handbag.
This is an extremely rare and iconic bag that was created around 2004-2013 when Jean Paul Gaultier was the designer. It features a unique silhouette, sometimes called the JPG Birkin, which is a horizontally elongated version of the regular Birkin with longer handles to allow it to be carried on the shoulder.
